Heap & Partners was founded in 1866 as a partnership to supply engineering products around the World. We didn’t become a limited company until this day in 1924. Those nice people at Companies House have marked the occasion by sending us a lovely certificate.
Here it is with our original certificate of incorporation. We’re still doing largely the same, but with more manufacturing, robots and web shops than we had back then.
