A vane actuator is made up of a vane positioned on a central shaft that is encased in a cylindrical chamber. When pressurised, the vane turns and continues to rotate until it reaches the conclusion of the stroke. When air pressure is delivered to the opposite side of the vane, it rotates the shaft in the opposite direction.
